We manufacture Shaft Mounted Speed Reducer in 11 sizes from A to L in ratios of 5:1, 13:1 and 20:1
he shaft mounts are available in sizes A to L with power ratings ofupto 150kW
Salient featues of the shaft mounted gearunits.
1) All torque arms/fulcrums are plated to eliminate them being rusted in use.
2) The shaft mountshave labyrinth sealing on the conveyor end and input shaft end so thatthe oil seal is safe from contamination.
3) The front endof the shaft mount has a hub cover to protect the front oil seal as wellas moving part of the gearbox.
4) Input shaft frontbearing is a roller bearing as it takes in more radial load from thebelt pressure.
5) Breather plugs are extended so that the dust does not clog the breather hole.
6) Our gear units now havehigher load capacity as the gears have been redesigned to 25 degreepressure angle.
7) All gears are case carburised to acasedepth and ground inhouse.
8) All gear units aremachined on a CNC machining center so are very accurate in alignment.
9)Finish of all gear units are far superior to any other brand being soldout of India.
10) The shaft mounts are available with keyedhollow shafts or hollow taper bores with taper clamps.
Thegearbox is being exported to europe where demands in quality are highexports. eg. UK, Canada, USA, Norway, Sweden, Cyprus, Egypt, Oman,South Africa,Australia,Israel,Jordon etc.
